Acne -blemishes

ok so im a guy. and ive had like pimples around my chin for like nearly 2 years now.. its not really pimples anymore just red marks, blemishes, whatever.. they wont go away. ive tried clean and clear.. clearasil.. ive been on two types of antibiotics.. (not roaccutane) ummm ive tried proactiv for a month (which didnt make a difference) and now im using brevoxyl 4% acne cream. phew. anyways none of this has worked.. lol its so annoying. this shit lowers my confidence heaps.. its not like pimples .. theres no bumps or white heaRAB or anything.. just red marks. when i use stuff with benzoyl peroxide i get a really dry chin.. and thats more annoying than having the blemishes there to begin with. i have a realy good diet.. drink heaps of water.. i excerise.. can someone help me out? what do i do? cheers

Did you think to wipe off your telephone, head set or anything that may come in contact with that area of your face ? I work in a call center and I get these bumps along my chin area. I make sure my head set where the microphone is wiped every day with alsohol and my cell phone is cleaned saily as is my house phone. Bacteria can jump from one surface to another.
Also, make sure your pillow case is cleaned as well
