Hi everybody.
My name's David, I'm fourteen years old now.
For a while, I've been having a lot of acne trouble around my mouth. It's the only play I really break out, except occasionally on my forehead. I find this to be a very un-attractive spot to have acne, but unfortunately I've had to live with it.
Also, on the side of my nose, around my nostrils (not on my nose itself, but on the skin around), I have many pimples and blackheaRAB.
Is theres any way I can help prevent/reduce these pimples from appearing?

You might find it around your mouth because thats what we eat with! Greese and grime that comes off our food likes to wriggle its way into our pores creating pimples. Around the nose is very common as well, i've determined it to be because its a crease, the oil can hide in there and sometimes move from your nose downwarRAB into that little crease there.

Since your only young and its common for people your age to get acne, i suggest just a good facial clenser and toner. Nothing too harsh. And wiping your mouth with say a baby wipe to get all the greese off it properly after you eat may help.

Wash twice a day with a non soap detergent clenser (somthing cheap like ivory liquid wash is fine)

Apply Benzoyl Peroxide 5% after washing at bedtime. You can use brand names like Oxy5, or a cheap drugstore brand,, they are all good. This kills acne causing bacteria.

In the morning, after washing, rub in some Nutrogena Rapid Clear Acne Moisturiser, this unblocks the pores..

It takes 3 or 4 weeks to get the full benifit of this, so dont give up!
