acne and dry skin from the product i use??

hi im 19 years old getting on for 20 and have suffered from acne since my early teens, and the older i have gotten the acne has calmed down but still suffer from it, for the past few weeks i have been using the clearasil deep pore cleansing lotion and it has been working , my skin feels cleaner and looks better, but the past two days i have noticed that my skin has been drying up and i think its becuase of what i am usuing, i was wondering if anybody knows of any lotion that i could apply after using my cleansing wash to stop the dry skin??i have sensitive skin also, so i am very wary of what i use on my face

i just bought sum vaseline essential moisture dry skin lotion do you think i could use my treatment for my acne then use this vaseline after ??
 
i went out and bought the Neutrogena facial moisturiser, after i have a shower later should i use my clearasil deep cleansing loition , then use the neutrogena moisturiser??
