I'm a 24yo male and my armpits have been aching recently. It first started from repeatedly wearing a coat that was tight in the armpits, but it's been well over a month since I stopped wearing it, and it still hasn't gone away. It's not present all the time, but usually it starts hurting again if my clothes put any pressure at all on my armpits or if I get stressed out (although it could just be when I sweat since my armpits usually sweat when I'm stressed). Any ideas?
