acer aspire one 532h bluetooth to mobile bluetooth connection?

hey.. i have just purchased a brand new acer aspire one 532h-2Bb with a built in bluetooth connection but i am unable to connect my any mobile phone to it... does it need any hardware or cable to connect? please reply. thanks
