So I started my first treatment of accutane 3 days ago and I have been feeling fine except today. I was at the gym and all of a sudden I felt like I was going to pass out and throw up, when I got home I didn't feel like that anymore, but now I feel very light headed and don't want to eat anything, but I am very thirsty. Could this be a side effect of the accutane or just me feeling crappy? I take 1 20mg with 2 400 vitamin E capsules and at night I take 2 20mg of accutane with no vitamin E.
