Accutane (roaccutan) and weird taste in mouth

Hi,
I'm on accutane for the 4th time. I have resistant acne and now, wonder of wonders, rosacea. It's helping alot, but as always, like in the past, as soon as I stop, it'll come back. I'm 37, female, two kiRAB, with tubal ligation, so no BCP for me. I have had alcohol 2 times in the last month and I overindulged.
I take 20mg/day.
My urine is really smelly and I always have a sweet taste in my mouth. Is it the accutane? It never happened before.
If I drink water it tastes as if there are spoonfuls of sugar in it.

Those can potentially be symptoms of Diabetes. Definitely mention them to the doctor during your next checkup assuming you're getting regular blood tests for being on Accutane.

If you start noticing other symptoms, particularly frequent thirst, frequent urination, fatigue, or unexplained weightloss, see a doctor as soon as possible.
