Accidentally touched my ground wire and battery wires, did anything horrific happen?

I was wiring in a cd player in my 99 camaro and i accidentally touched the black ground wire and yellow battery wire together and now my cd player wont turn on and i have no dash lights (like Service Engine Soon, Door Ajar, Check Gauges, and such) and my speed, RPM, and fuel gauges do not work, is it just a blown fuse or am i going to have to do something drastic
