driving along in outside lane of a dual carriage way at 70mph, suddenly about 10 foot in front of me a driver of a van decided to pull out of the inside lane at about half my speed into the outside lane, basically signalling at the same time as manouvering, i reacted very quickly and breaked but as i was about to collide i looked at my speed and still was travelling at 65mph, so decided to go into the barrier to avoid a high speed collision (didnt work!!) i ended up getting bashed from either side by the barrier and the van, to me this is clearly the third party who is at fault, just wanting to make sure????
