I was parking tesco’s car park on Monday morning and the surface was very slippery.
As I drove down the ramp my car slid and I was helpless to prevent the car hitting a wall, not other vehicle was involved.
Repairs will cost around £600 which I have to claim on the insurance.
The car park had no grit on the surface (or grip!) and although there is no disclaimer as you enter the carp park there is the usual ‘Tesco will accept no responsibility.......’.
Do I have a case against Tesco for not maintaining their car park?
