Ac t110 tv out cable with hero??

I got the AC T110 tv out cable for HTC and I have a movie transferred from my PC onto my HTC Hero, but when I try to use the tv out cable nothing happens on the TV or phone. I called tech support and was told there is a third party application to make the cable work with the Hero, but they could not tell me the name and I couldn't find the app. Does anyone know one?
