Absolutely no energy whatsoever

Dear all,

Hello, I am a college sophomore who finished a rough week of midterms a week ago (5 hours of sleep a night for about a week), and am still tired to this day. Quick questions

1) How can I recover my energy? At home I have been sleeping over 8 hours and am still feeling tired.

2) I have barely any energy when I attempt to lift weights at the gym. Again, is this due to my sleeping problems?
