Absolute elevation please help!?

When the ice sheets that covered North America melted following the end of the last ice age, what happened to the absolute elevation of the land surface (not the ice surface)? Note: I am referring to absolute elevation NOT elevation respect to sea level.



a. Increase in absolute elevation

b. Decrease in absolute elevation

c. Stay the same
