My son had an abscess on the back of his head, he was on antibiotics and the abscess healed but now he has a bald spot where the infection was. Is it likely that the hair will grow back? I am so nervous.
If the follicles haven't been damaged, they will eventually produce a hair. It'll take a few months before you see the results, however. It's good all has healed.
