ABRSM theory tests in the ottawa region?

Where can u get ABRSM exams in the ottawa region
Also, are there any regulations as to testing
Do I have to take theory 1 before i can take the 8 exam?
Do i have to take a course before I take the exam
how is the exam marked?
I'm an independant study, and I'd like some
official credentials, so i can teach or something
