About to buy sub and amp.....?

I need a cheap good amp, but would this let me get the most out of my speaker?

I really don't want to spend 450+ on a kicker amp.

i wouldn't recommend using any sound storm amplifier with kicker subs. i have 2 kicker CVR10 4ohm dual voice coil subs in my car. i had an old sony explod amp that a cousin gave me when i was 16. i just rewired and added a few extra amps to the amplifier. so now its almost bullet proof. in your case i would recommend either kicker or rockford fosgate, if you want the most out of what kicker has to offer.
