About to buy a nokia n73 and have some questions

im about to purchase an n73 from importgsm and i was wondering if it was really necessary to get the Tmobile internet and MMS configuration setup. what is the purpose of it anyway? can someone explain to me why someone would need to have their internet and MMS configured? please help. i MIGHT purchase the phone tonight. thanks
 
If they are not configured, you cannot use the internet or send and receive MMS messages. But you can probably do it yourself fairly easily.
 
all u gotta go is call tmobile from another phone and ask them to send over the internet and mms settings to your phone. they will send it by text message to you and give u a 5 digit password to open it up. do that for both, oh and also get the text message center # and the voicemail # from them too...i found out the hard way after i set mine up and couldnt send any text messages

If u want to use the internet and mms then u need to get it setup
and if u dont have need then u dont need to setup
simple as that lol
