okay so we were in a store and 2 out of 4 of my friends stole and got cought, i didnt steal anything and neither did the other girl.
heres how it happened, we were in the store they stole the make up and walking down the isle then the other girl got to the store and found us and had NO IDEA what so ever that they stole. and then we were walking out the door and the security took us. We ALL got fined for shoplifting even tho 2 of us never and the one girl had NO IDEA what-so-ever and we got fined for accomplise. Is this legal cuz thats not fair.? thanks in advanced

were not goiing for court for it, and it should show on the video that the other girl just came threw the door came got us and then headed for the door so theres no way she could of been a lookout.
There is NO court, we just got a fine.
we are getting a fine from the police.... its like the same fine as a parking ticket. they told ALL of us not to go to court about it cuz we will just end up paying more. i dont know why were not goiing to court in the first place. and if we dont pay it we get another fine.
