About SPOILERS, GAMES -Introductions- Please Read, Come Say Hello

I wish we could skip adding back all the games (except the screencap game, of course). :P

You guys are so cute! You know the last thing ROCKSTAR or I want to do is come down hard as mods. It helps so much when you're understanding and supportive. Thanks!

Welcome, Louise! Wonderful post!

You listed so many great movies. Big Fish is great; it's so underrated. It's not perfect, but it's definitely dreamy and charismatic. The Prestige is one of my all time favorite movies!

Hey all - this isn't going to work if you continually forget to use spoiler spaces. Grr.

Come on - be considered of your fellow movie lovers, okay? Thanks.

Thanks :)

Oh that's annoying. :pout:
Here we have a lot of movie channels but I always end up missing the best ones when they're on. I have a DVD collection I really should get through first though!

Hi all  I'm Louise, 21, UK

Just looking through this page made me remember some great films i'd forgotten about-'Big Fish' and 'Meet Joe Black'

I love most genres but i definately have a thing for Japanese films, especially Takeshi Miike, although sometimes his films can be a little too disturbing for me. I love films that make you think and feel-even if you hate them. The worst kind of films are the one that are passable, a waste of a couple of hours and just make you feel meh.

My favourite film: Tough tie between 'Love me if you dare'/'Jeux d'enfants' and 'Battle Royale'.

My favourite romance: 'Sliding Doors', i never get tired of watching that.

Favourite comedy: 'Little Miss Sunshine'.

Fave trilogy: 'The Godfather'. 'Infernal Affairs' is awesome too but i only really like part 1.

Honourable mentions: 'Crouching Tiger hidden Dragon', 'Pans Labrynth', 'The Prestige', 'American History X', 'The Constant Gardener' and 'The Matrix'.

Went to see 'Blindside' the other day it was quite good but nothing special imo.
Really looking forward to going to see 'The Ghost Writer' with Ewan McGregor as i loved Robert Harris' novels. DVD wise, next on my list is 'Rome, Open City'.

Hey guys, my name's Anna. I'm a movieholic. :)
I absolutely love romantic comedies. I'm a sucker for em!
And I also love action/thriller stuff.

Looking forward to post more here!

Welcome, Emily! Predictable movies upset me so much when they try to pass things off as "clever" when you knew everything that was going to happen 15 minutes into the movie.
