My ex has a very serious medical condition and has verbally agreed to sign over his half of our home to our only child who is disabled. He has not made any moves in that direction so far. I'd liked to get the ball rolling to avoid probate later. What do I have to bring to a lawyer now to start this process? Thanx for your help.
