About Samsung Intercept?

Im about to buy a new cell phone, and I was thinking of getting the Samsung Intercept from Virgin Mobile.....I like the plans, they're pretty cheap....but I wanted to know is it a good phone?. Is it worth the $250? Please whoever has this phone or had, can you give me a short review..thanks
