about my mazda 626 it wont start?

ineed help i have a 95 mazda 626 i change everything i can think off still wont start engine rotates i flood my spark plugs but my car would not start some one please help!
 
Use the spark tester below to check for good spark. Clip it to any metal on the top of the engine and remove one of the spark plug wires from a spark plug. Connect it to the spark tester. Now crank the engine while your peeking under the lower edge of the raised hood to see the tester electrodes.
