about irritating mother in law?

my mother in law behaves odd just because i told her that i hate her favourite serials. it hurts me, bcos iam left alone in home with her,and my husband supports her too.... how can i handle this situation?
 
wait, she acts weird to you because you hate her favorite cereal?
haha, just IGNORE it, clearly this woman is trying to find flaws with you to give you a hard time on, but if she sees that you are not effected & are being the bigger person, she will eventually stop. :) good luck, oh boy :)
 
It's best if you get a job. You wont have to spend the whole day with your mil.
 
that sucks. Just tell her gently you didn't mean any offense. sit down with her while she is watching them and say, oh hey, this isn't so bad! if things don't stop tell a family member. good luck!
