Since I started college I've gone back to my heaviest weight, 140 lbs. at 5'4. Looking back I realized that I used some pretty extreme calorie restriction and exercise to get "thin" and have actually slowed my metabolism to a point that I typically no longer get hungry and can skip meals without even noticing. I've forgotten what a normal breakfast should look like. Can anyone help me figure out how much I should be eating and what types of food especially for breakfast with a basal metabolic rate of 1473 to get my metabolism back to normal? (I'm a female by the way)
