About how much does a salon charge for style like this?

im considering about getting a hair makeover, but im concerned about the price. how much do you think it will cost me to get style like this?
Right now my hair is black, long and layered to the side,

i want something like this

^pretty much "scenish" right?? buut i love that kind of hair and thats whats important =]

also! Do you think this will limit my chances from getting a job?
 
scene is dying..don't bother
i'm tired of seeing people get scene hair cause it's just sooo cool
you will eventually regret it, trust me
if you still want to get it done, do it yourself and don't waste money getting it done at a salon, that's what most 'scene kids' do anyways, since you want to be cool and all

for the dyeing and the cut. or you could get your hair cut at those "LEARNING TO CUT" schools they like never make a mistake i've heard- and it's free!
