I want to loose some weight so I decided to go back to being a vegetarian. (I don't eat meat all that often anyway so it's easy for me.) But I have noticed that even though I do have the mind set of deiting, I constantly either want to over eat, or snack on something all the time. I'm trying my best to not snack but when I can't help it I eat one of those special K protein bars. They say makes you feel full but even after dinner I eat like 3 of them!
I'm not even really fat. Just a little chunkie and unhealthy feeling but how to I keep myself from over eating?! I would appreciate a healthy vegetarian choice.
I do try to snack healthy but I over eat in the sence that if I do snack on a bag or carrots I'll eat the whole thing and in a few minutes I'll want to eat more!
As for the carbs, I eat a good amount of carbs I believe. I don't think thats it.
I just want to stop constantly eating! While still being healthy.
