About carrier ,,is distance education from IGNOU is valuabe or not?

i m so confused about my carrier,bcoz maine apni padhayi adhuri rakhi,i am completed my 10th from bihar board 7 10+2 from NIOS distance education,abhi main ye jaanna chahta hun ki main kya karun,,,,B.Com,BCA or Animation or Mass com....if i do B.Com or BCA from IGNOU distance education ,is it valuable for job opportunity & carrier..if u have any other idea then tell me,,,& under Animation which course is best for carrier...
