About beep sound while recording

Hi all

I am developing an application which records the phone call while i recording the phone call i heard beep sound on every 6 sec. it is possible to suppress the beep sound while recording the phone call.
I saw one example in this link http://www.killermobile.com/total_recall.html In this total recall application beep sound will suppress while recording the phone call. How they did, i search many forum but i couldn't get any solution on that.
Please help me out i have wasted lot of time on this topic...

Just use ultimate voice recorder for s60 3rd edition, no beeps while recording phone call and unlimited sound recording. It records not only AMR but WAV too.
 
But they're not discussing S60 3rd devices...

It doesn't look like you're still around but if you are, Forum Nokia is your best bet for coding questions.
 
It doesn't work.
Well, it does for outgoing calls UNTIL you get an incoming call.
Then it stops for both and the phone has to be rebooted to get outgoing-only beep-off recording again.
A real shame.
I'm hoping that once I've gotten around to self-signing FExplorer, I can maybe kill the MmfslaTone process responsible.
Has anyone done this yet ?
 
Phoenix, UVR works all the time ( no beeps ), the trick is to let UVR run in the background (hide on lower right hand screen) and then u can record the incoming or outgoing call without any beeps Guaranteed!!!!. If you are talking about making and receiving calls without UVR running as hidden in the background then it will not work.
 
Yeah, I've tried that ... and changing virtually every other option - to no avail.
Do you think it's my O2-UK firmware ?
Maybe I should flash this baby.
Is that doable yet ?
Should I be scared ?
