I gone through acl reconstruction on right leg 7 months ago. now i got full flexion but on sqatting position i had pain over lateral side. i have ala\so minor pain at rest.muscle recovery is also less as compaired to left leg.

I think you should return to your orthopedic surgeon and request some more physical therapy sessions, you probably have some scar tissue that needs to be worked on by a physical therapist along with some reconditioning excercises
