So for a few months now I have been having server abdominal pain nausea, vomiting, and headache. I have lost almost thirty pounds in the time it has taken for the provides to say I am not sure. Labs have been all over the place. On minute my white count is up and the next it is down. CT was normal. HIDA Scan was normal. So for in three months they can only tell me I do not have appetites and they only know that because they took it out when this first started. Any idea would help, I am about to loss my job because of my health issues they know one has an idea.
 
This is difficult since there are many organs in that area but my girlfriend had your same symptoms, and was diagnosed with diverticulitis. I believe they had her drink something, then did a scan, of her stomache and colon. Diverticulitis is pouches in the colon, that when food gets into them, can get infected, and cause all these symptoms. She was put on an antibiotic for this. A certain diet can help prevent further attacks of this, if this is it.
