ok so i used to be more athletic in high school i was very skinny but the past 4 years after school ive been caught up in work and my relationship i never worked out and had been careless about what i ate and how much i ate...the only thing is now i have an extremely bad back because of a car accident i got that embarrassing pair shape now its so ugly and i want to lose all the tummy fat....does anyone know any affective exercises i can do without having to do sit ups or crunches?
btw i eat healthier now and drink alot of water but i would like to exercises to speed the process lol
