Ab Swing/ Ab Cruncher for toning stomach?

Now, I am aware that they don't make you LOSE weight, but do they help tone?

I don't think I need to lose weight, am 5'4 about 114lbs.

Is that right?

And I probably don't need to eat less, average daily eating is something like this

Dry Cereal and Tea for breakfast
Fruit Salad and/or yogurt for lunch
Sushi (filled with chicken or tuna and vegetables) OR Stir fry etc for dinner

I just want to tone up, jog sometimes etc, swim occasionally, but it would be nice to have something I can do inside.

I normally do 4 sets of 50 on the ab cruncher, is that enough?

Does that sound okay?
