I was wondering if the Ab Lounge works. I hate the idea of working out, but I think a machine like this will help me out. Has any one used the Ab Lounge? And which model? Did it work for you, or have you heard of it being good for the abs?
Would you recommended another machine for the abs? If so, what? Im looking for something that wont cost more than $150.
I'm 5"4 and weigh 140. Any other suggestions to losing weight in time for summer?
