Ab lounge anyone? am i doing it correctly?

well im already pretty fit , i just got it to maintain and maybe slim a little more..ANYWAYS whenever i do it i dont really feel it in my stomach my legs n butt maybe (am i only using those muscles then?) how do i not if i am..im in the right poisition and everything, so idk whats wrong. Thanks you for your time

i have an ab lounge. Make sure you are tightening your ab muscles whe you are getting ready to sit up
