If you get the wii fit you'll be great...but you really need to do aerobics...like DDR for the wii...helps alot...do it 20-30 mins and you'll be awesome.
as far as the wii it depends on what your playing
are you playing games that are very physical or s it animal crossing or mario kart those arent very active
my suggestion would be to get a wii fit and my fitness trainer or the jillian michaels workout game
