A900 3-Way calling doesn't work

Every time i go to do a 3-Way call it says it works but it doesn't call the person.
any ideas?
or is this something that cant be fixd?

press talk then dial second nuraber->
press talk to place the second call
press talk to join the two calls

is this the process you are using?
