a65 soft key left

i have a strange problem. siemens a65 with soft key left not working

But i have 3 volts on the keypad, i ve just flashed the phone and working ok.

also no other key is faulty

any ideas

i had the same problem with mc60
it is a soft problem that appears if after unlocking the phone you put directly a sim card and try to power it up.
to avoid this after unlocking first power up the phone without sim card
now remove sim card power up phone and press keys random, including the left soft key. do this several times then put a sim card and it will be ok, i hope.
 
I have just unlocked a siemens A65 using mc60 testpoint cut and c60 unlock from friea 10. the phone is unlocked but the leftkey that confirms aircraft is not responding. I have tried putting on the fone and pushing on buttons ramdomly but no success. i have use c60 badcut repair, still no luck. can any1 give me a solution to this problem
 
check TP cut, try a TP reppair and check on the schematic diagram the connections of the left key.

Thank you all for the quick reply. i have tried mc60 badcut repair but the fone is still the same.
 
You have to cut testpoint as MC60 (not c60) then use freia 15 and unlock the phone as C60. I've test it yesterday on A65 v05 with infineon CPU.

I have used this link to repair my MC60 and A65. This 2 models use almost the same board.

I tried to remove CPU And Connect to line
when connect the line finished

put Cpu back It's dead

Remove the line out and put cpu back again it't still dead

well,u a wery optimistic...move twice CP and think phone will work.

only solution is remove aerochek,and not use that button.....

and another time be more gently with scalpel...

i also have one ...may u explain that how can we remove aerocheck botton and not use that?
when i power on it my phone became on too but i cant use it now for this aerocheck .....!!
i unlocked it by tp and sst program.
