A640 SPC Changed???

Im having trouble writing the prl on this Qwest A640. First I got the SPC and changed it to all 0s using UniCDMA. Opened QPST to write the prl onto the phone but it froze halfway thru reading the phone for a few minutes and finally gave me some error. So I then tried using CDMA Workshop to write the prl but now its telling me my SPC is incorrect. Tried QPST again and it now tells me the same thing. Ive tried UniCDMA again but now it will read everything BUT the SPC. I know the SPC is still all 0s because when I dial ##000000# to get into the Service menu on the phone it goes to it no problem. Ive tried Bitpim and that also confirms my SPC still being what I set it at. Is there any other way to write the prl onto this phone or find out what these programs think my SPC is? I also tried the original SPC just in case but nothing. Any help would be appreciated.
 
No dice. It still asks for the spc and when I type it in and try and write it will get up to 25% and then say my SPC is incorrect
