A62 dead after bad testpoint

hi
my A62 is dead after cutting the tp (http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f339/a62-dead-after-bad-testpoint-977026/show...59#post1171559) can some find a solution to revive it for me or is it dead forever?
i'use the new cut
 
...if you have message "Insert SIM" (and SIM card is inserted) you need to indentify the SIM IC position on PCB, replace this IC with the other or make three shorts between pins (see on attachemment).
...if you have message "Card Error" try to clean the SIM pads. If not working after, you need to reflash your phone.
