A60 Strange Problem-no Ring Tones In Profile

Hallow Friends,
A60 Has Only One Ringtone In Profiles.i Have Not Experience In Siemens Tones,logo,game Upload.so Decided To Flash.i Flashed In Sst.it Leads To Big Problem.the One And Only One Tone In Profile Also Lost.i Already Repaired Near 20 Sets With Above File In Sst.so My Doubt Is It Hardware Or Software?

i downloaded data exchange software from aggty******.com.using it copy and paste ringtones.anyway thank u for all friends
