and came back beautiful..? I've read a yaoi/BL manga like this before, and now I've forgotten the name. Does anyone know it?
Hahaha, nope.

This was a manga, the two main characters went to the same elementary school, and one of them used to be fat and so got picked on by the other kids, but the main character stuck up for him. Then the kid went to fat camp and came back really handsome and ended up in the same high school as the kid that stuck up for him, and he rejects all the girls because he's still in love with the kid that stuck up for him.
