a woman "pretended" to flash her chest in the presence of my 6 yr old son...?

when he went camping with his father about a month ago. He told me a couple weeks ago. I mentioned it to his father who agreed with me that this woman is not to be around my son, I found out sunday that this woman, who is friends with my son's father's girlfriend, was hanging out with them this past weekend...I'm furious. Now the story has changed from "yes it did happen and they didn't know that "Joey" saw it" to "she pretended to flash bu no skin was showing other than some cleavage"...I'm still furious. This woman is now writing threatening letters to me on facebook....lol...anyway, I live in NY..what are my legal rights to making sure that this woman isn't around my son?
 
Well, I don't know about making sure she's not around your son, but threatening letters to you are harassment. If it gets bad enough, you can probably get a restraining order for yourself that includes your son. I don't really know about that part and it might be too extreme, but she is harassing you.
