a weird hard lump on my pelvis?

i have a lump on my upper pelvis area, where my pelvis meets my stomach, and its off to the side like near my left thigh, too. its not visible in any way, but if i rub my fingers around there, then i feel it and it hurts, and its hard and round, and it only hurts when i touch it
i don't know when i first got this, and i have a certain feeling that it might be growing slowly
 
you better get that checked out by a Doctor IMMEDIATELY! it might be cancer or constipation if you have not been drinking enough water!!!!!



GET IT CHECKED OUT IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
