A weird Bug bite or rash thing...What's it from?

Im 15 and I have a weird bite or welt thing.

It looks like a rash but feels like a welt.
It is:
Warm to the touch
Soft
Red
Kind of Itchy
Burns a little sometimes

I ruled out spider bite.Mosquito bite.And horsefly bite.

I didn't feel like i got bit by anything I just found it.

Its next to my right armpit a little ways above my bra.

I don't know what it is!!!
