A warrant was issued on my apt but they went in to my car and took a cell phone car

was not listed on warrant? Was that legal for them to do? Also they gave me an unsigned copy of the warrant that looked nothing like the one originally showed to me nor did they give me a receipt for the property they took which none was taken from my home other than the cell phone from my car.
 
You need a lot more than advice at YA. Get a lawyer or you are going to end up in jail.
 
If there was a search warrant for the apartment then that was all they could legally search. If you were arrested and were in the car then they can search the car incidental to the arrest.

Other than that - based on what you post and assuming there are no facts not in evidence - then the cellphone should be suppressible.
