A very unique 1996 Ford Taurus problem...?

Hey There.

First off my car runs very well and almost like brand new with 118,000 miles on the odometer. The vehicle has the 3.0L Vulcan V6 and it runs great. The car is also in excellent condition for it's age but the vehicle has one minor issue. When I start the car WARM ONLY (after it sits warm for about 30 minutes) upon restarting the engine the engine jumps and shakes like crazy and sometimes stalls out. I have to apply a constant pressure to the pedal to bring the RPM's up so it doesn't stall. It never does the when I cold start the engine or while I'm driving. Within the first couple seconds of a warm start it stops shaking and runs great. No codes or check engine light too. Just curious to what may be the problem. Also, the car has to sit warm for approximately 15-30 minutes to start shaking. It never shakes when I immediately shut it off warm and then immediately restart the engine. Any expertise is appreciated!
Hell no I am not selling this car. This car is awesome!
So coil pack replacement? 1996 they changed over to coil packs.
