into HTML? Example: Foreign words such as these which contain these special caron characters as you can see floating over the top of the s and z:

If pasting into Notepad for a PHP file it gives an error as it needs to be converted to html such as:
"Avstralija i & s caron ; & # 269 ; e "
It's a big job to type them all in manually for masses of text. Anyone know a program or site that does it for you?
