A tiny nose stud in the psychology environment?

This might not be the right category to ask this but I want the opinion of a psychologist or someone that works in this environment. I want to get my nose pierced, like a really tiny stud. Im going to college in a few and I want to be an industrial organizational psychologist. I want to know if the piercing would be accepted in the environment, because I don't want to have to take it off or pur it on, I would just rather not to do it.
