This is one of my favorite books, i just finished reading it for the first time, but i thought it was really great. What are your opinions (obviously, i don't want to hear from you if you haven't read it!)

I loved it too. I read the kite runner also and go back and forth on which I liked more. I loved hearing from the woman and seeing the relationships develop over the years. It felt so frustrating watching their lives unfold and knowing how close to non-fiction this fiction really is! And to think that this is a modern day story - not something that happened 100 years ago. The writing is beautiful and the imagery vivid. Glad to hear someone else loved it
