...outdoors where temp is 5degC. After 1min? A thermometer is taken from a room where the temperature is 23 degrees C to the outdoors, where the temperature is 5 degrees C . After one minute the thermometer reads 5 degrees C. What will the reading on the thermometer be after 4 more minutes?

I used Newton's Law of Cooling but I keep doing something wrong.

I did:

5+(23-5)e^-k(1)=18
18e^-k=13
k=-ln(13/18)


then plugged it in..

5+18e^(-ln(13/18)5)

Please help!
